I came across the sewing pattern from Lillesol and Pelle when I was looking for a backpack that my daughter can bring to daycare. It needs to be large enough to carry all the things she needs during the day. Now, during the lockdown she is not allowed to leave anything behind. Not her stuffed animal, no spare clothes, or even her blanket for the afternoon nap may stay at the facility. It is a weird time. Luckily I had some quiet moments at home to sew a unique backpack for her. The pattern is in general well described, however from my perspective you need at least some experiences to make it work. A blog from igelnaht was also very helpful because she described how to include edgings to the bag, which I find simply gorgeous. It gives the bag the little extra.
