Shipping costs
Standard delivery within the Netherlands is € 6,90. You can also chose for free pickup in Utrecht.
Within the European Union (EU) standard delivery is € 16,00.
For Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom standard delivery is € 21,00.
For Canada standard delivery is € 38,00.
For Australia and New Zealand standard delivery is € 45,00.
Due to new import regulations (stand: September 2025) for commercial goods into the United States, shipping conditions have changed. Standard delivery is now € 47,00. Important note: it is NOT possible anymore to ship solid lanolin. If you’re ordering one of the packages (starter, basic, or deluxe) absorbing inserts of the same value are included in the parcel, instead of the lanolin.

Important note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes and/or costs (e.g. customs duties) are incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us or billed by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs authorities – or to the tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details. It is not possible to return the goods.
Items are shipped with Track & Trace. If you need additional information, please send a message before placing your order. If your order is shipped with DPD and PostNL you will get an email directly from the company about the time of delivery. Therefore we use your email address (see privacy policy). Shipping costs differ per country.
Processing and delivery time
All our wool covers are sewn upon order. Production may currently take up to 10 business days. If you need your Jovoh wool cover sooner, please feel free to send me a message. If you have ordered another product along with a wool cover, both items will be shipped together as soon as the cover has been sewn. If you ordered a product without a wool cover, it will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
The following shipping times are approximate and cannot be claimed: For the Netherlands, the delivery time is on average 1-3 working days and within Europe 3-10 working days.
