Welcome, I’m Svenja – the maker behind Jovoh.
What began as a quiet creative escape has grown into something deeply meaningful. Sewing and knitting started as a way for me to slow down, to create with my hands, and to find joy in the small, thoughtful details. Over time, that passion turned into Jovoh – a space where ideas become handmade pieces, shaped with care and intention.
I live in Utrecht, a lovely Dutch city I now call home, together with my partner and our two daughters. Life is full, and like many creatives, I juggle a growing list of ideas with the reality of limited time. But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s something comforting about knowing that inspiration will never run out and that each project is worth the wait.
What I love most is the full journey: imagining a piece, adjusting patterns, picking the perfect fabric, and watching it come to life. I’m always curious, always learning, and always reaching for something new.
Jovoh was never just a brand. It was a feeling.
