Shipping costs
Standard delivery within the Netherlands is € 6,90. You can also chose for free pickup in Utrecht.
Options for international shipping within Europe are available at checkout. We ship within the European Union (EU), to Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs range between 12,90€ to 18,00€ within the EU. Outside the EU but within Europe shipping costs are 21€.
Due to new import regulations (stand: September 2025) for commercial goods into the United States, shipping conditions have changed. For Canada standard delivery is € 29,00.

Important note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes and/or costs (e.g. customs duties) are incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us or billed by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs authorities – or to the tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details. It is not possible to return the goods.
Items are shipped with Track & Trace. If you need additional information, please send a message before placing your order. If your order is shipped with DPD and PostNL you will get an email directly from the company about the time of delivery. Therefore we use your email address (see privacy policy). Shipping costs differ per country. The zones and corresponding price categories are listed below.
Processing and delivery time
The processing time for finished products is 1-3 working days. For custom made items, the processing time is on average 5-10 working days.
The following shipping times are approximate and cannot be claimed: For the Netherlands, the delivery time is on average 1-3 working days and within Europe 3-10 working days.
