The booster “short” is designed for extra absorbing where needed most: For boys rather at the front and for girls in the middle of the cover. Hemp booster from Jovoh are soft and will not harden during washing and drying.

Description

  • The insert needs to be washed a few times to reach full absorbency.
  • To speed up the process, you can soak it in water overnight before using it for the first time.
  • Wash at a maximum of 60°C and tumble dry at a low temperature.

Cotton liner | Absorbing inserts
Cotton Liner
The cotton liner is made from 100% organic cotton, from the fabric to the yarn to the label. Cotton absorbs and quickly transports moisture downwards, but still allows moisture feedback. The liner is cuddly, soft, and not bulky. Terry liners are ideal for newborn babies because the looped structure of the fabric absorbs liquid faeces. This prevents the wool cover from getting dirty. For example, you can combine the cotton liner with a muslin nappy. Either place the liner inside the folded cloth before wrapping it around your child, or place the muslin nappy directly inside the cover. In the latter case, the cotton liner is in direct contact with your baby. For older babies, the cotton liner is used in combination with a hemp flat. Hemp flat
Hemp Flat
When you need more absorbency, hemp inserts are ideal. The Jovoh hemp flat is a true suction miracle and, like the cotton flat, can be folded in three at the long end to fit ideally into newborn cover (size 1) and at the narrow end into size 2 and 3 cover. However, hemp absorbs moisture slowly. Therefore, you should always put another layer of cotton (such as the cotton liner) on top, so that the moisture is absorbed quickly.
